Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Bed Company Ireland LTD, we provide delivery services across the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom using our own professional delivery team. All products are bespoke and made to order, ensuring quality and careful handling.

Shipping Rates & Areas We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee for all our large furniture deliveries, with no hidden charges applied at checkout.

  • Republic of Ireland (All Counties): €25.99 Flat Rate

  • United Kingdom: €25.99 Flat Rate

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT - London Time) will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Production & Processing (Handling) Time

  • Handling Time: 5–10 business days.

  • All products are made to order. Each item is handcrafted and quality-checked at our Portadown factory before dispatch.

Transit Time

  • Republic of Ireland: 2–4 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • 7–14 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

Delivery Method & Scheduling

  • All deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery team to ensure safe handling and reduce the risk of transit damage.

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you directly via phone or email to arrange a convenient delivery time and date.

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers must ensure they are available at the agreed-upon scheduled delivery time. Failed deliveries caused by the customer not being present may result in additional charges for re-delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or incur additional routing charges.

Shipping Delays Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet all deadlines, transit may occasionally be affected by severe weather conditions, seasonal high demand, or routing limitations. Customers will be contacted immediately in the event of any significant delays.

Taxes & Charges All product prices include applicable taxes. The €25.99 flat-rate shipping fee is the only additional cost added at checkout.
